He's a guy I never knew. But Jeremy did. A few of my other friends played bball with him.
No memories shared with him, nothing. I don't feel heartbroken.
But the realization. The impact. I was at Summit that day. That thunderous day. And just a few meters away, he died.
The awareness about how easy it was to kill a human. Without taking his best friends, his family, his future into account.
The effect it has on the people around him.
A person who passed early before his or her time is heartbreaking, cause it's not supposed to happen. The numbing effect that you might have just gone out with him a day before he left.
And the terrible sadness.
I don't wanna lose anyone.
Tan Han Yin.
We will soon fade away and grow old,
But he will not,
For when we disappear to dust,
His memory shines,
The brightest of all lights. -Shakespeare
